Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) with a one-hour lunch; slight flexibility may be available. Fully onsite role (5 days/week).

This role sits in a highly visible environment and requires strong professionalism and customer service skills.
Job Description:The Office Assistant will act as the face of the office, delivering exceptional front desk support while assisting with a variety of administrative functions. This individual will help maintain daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Support:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
- Manage incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Oversee reception areas, keeping spaces clean, organized, and presentable
- Provide support with scheduling, calendars, and appointment coordination
- Assist in planning meetings, including reserving rooms and preparing materials
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, document management, and filing
- Support basic invoice handling and administrative processing tasks
- Help coordinate internal activities and small office events
- Provide backup assistance to administrative staff when needed
- Contribute to smooth day-to-day office functionality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
$20-25/hour
