Our client, a leading enterprise organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an essential support to senior leadership, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. ** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and prioritize multiple executive calendars, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and proactive planning

+ Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions

+ Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and clients

+ Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

+ Support travel arrangements, including booking, itineraries, and expense reporting

** What's Needed?*
* + 3-5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (executive-level support preferred)

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and vendors

+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

+ Proven ability to manage time independently and anticipate executive needs

+ High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information

+ Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

+ High school diploma or GED required
