Class Description
The purpose of this class is to provide, in a “Shared Service environment,” a back‑office operation and coordination of work related to advisement, registration, international, and student services, including student applications, registration, drop/add, scanning, indexing, and fraud research.
Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma/GED and three (3) years full time of clerical experience to include data entry, working in an office environment, preferably in a business which is customer service related. Experience working in a Registrar’s Office, Admissions, Financial Aid or with Student/Accounts preferred. Experience working in higher education preferred. Knowledge/experience working with document imaging and Student Information systems, specifically Banner, preferred.
Must be able to work some evenings and occasional weekends.
Compensation within the posted range is determined by a candidate's education level and/or years of experience in the field. Generally, employees are hired in the lower third of the scale.
