Overview
Development Coordinator – AJC – The Development Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support for supporting foundations, ensuring the efficient coordination of foundation activities and governance processes. In this role, the chosen candidate will schedule and coordinate meetings, manage grant administration and consent processes, maintain accurate database records, and organize files and documentation. The Development Coordinator will also serve as a key liaison with departments across The Associated to support billing processes, facilitate communication, and coordinate monthly cross‑departmental meetings.
This is a full‑time, hybrid position that requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
- Report and manage endowment commitments and agreements
- Organize and maintain files, sort and distribute mail
- Assist and review donor recognition materials
- Schedule annual meetings of the supporting foundations
- Manage grant administration and consent processes
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1‑3 years of work‑related experience
- Ability to be flexible
- Passion for and commitment to The Associated’s mission
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to manage and resolve conflict
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work in a diverse group of people
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Salary range is $55,000‑$60,000 and is commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
