This person is responsible for maintaining the surgical schedules of 1‒-2 physicians. This includes scheduling the surgery, verifying the patient’s insurance, pre‒authorizing the surgeries and maintaining contact with the patient throughout the scheduling process. Other duties to include patient registration, scanning and charge entry to assist the team when warranted. Some travel may be required.

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• 3‒-4 years working in a surgeon’s office.
• 1‒-2 years surgical scheduling experience preferred.
• Other Requirements:
• Travel to satellite offices may be required.

USD $21.98/Hr. ‒ USD $36.27/Hr.
