Office Experience Coordinator - $22-$25/hr - Annapolis Junction
Our client is seeking a temporary to permanent Workplace Experience Coordinator to support their team in their Annapolis Junction office.
Base pay range
$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Responsibilities- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all visitors, both internal and external.
- Appropriately direct incoming queries and manage the front of the office.
- Support event and meeting set ups and logistics.
- Maintain accurate calendars and up-to-date room scheduling.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- 2+ years of reception or concierge experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Catering or hospitality experience highly preferred.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills and customer service orientation with high professionalism.
- $22/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
- Converts to a salary of up to $52k when permanent.
- Hours are 8am-5pm.
- 100% onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.
