Senior Administrative Assistant
A member of the administrative team supporting Senior Management and Relationship Managers across the region.
SummaryProvides exceptional customer service and administrative support including scheduling, data maintenance, and special project coordination.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and in‑person client inquiries.
- Schedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for all region members.
- Maintain Salesforce data and perform financial record‑keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, order supplies, and support special projects.
- Act as project manager for special projects such as organizing client events, coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, and arranging direct mailings.
- Answer and respond to non‑routine correspondence; assemble and protect highly confidential information.
- Use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload; recommend changes to office practices or procedures.
- Create and develop agendas and visual presentations for the team.
- Sort and distribute mail; draft written responses or replies by phone or e‑mail when necessary.
- Act as liaison with other departments and outside agencies (IT, Facilities, HR).
- Handle confidential and non‑routine information, explain policies when necessary.
- Work independently and collaboratively on special non‑recurring and ongoing projects.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong math and problem‑solving skills.
- Must maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records.
- Professional phone voice and well‑groomed appearance.
- Proficient with standard office equipment: computer workstations, typewriters, calculators, copier.
- Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree a plus. 5+ years of related experience.
Computer & Software Skills- Skilled in operating a personal computer.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Google Mail.
No travel is expected for this position.
