Job Opportunity At Fastsigns Baltimore
Fastsigns Baltimore is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our sales team. As Customer Service and Administrative Support (including Sales Support), you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of front of house/sales team and assist with customers via phone calls, emails or walk-ins.
- Write up estimates, orders and engage with client communication
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Build relationships with employees to further support them over time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CSR and/or administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Background or knowledge in our industry not required but preferred.
