Job Summary

Operations Assistant III encompasses a variety of professional and analytical work involving the practical application of management principles and techniques to improve operational activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present reports.
  • Coordinate and manage moderately complex administrative and operations projects.
  • Collect, compile, edit, classify, and tabulate statistical and qualitative data.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with co‑workers and the general public.
  • Explain agency's purpose, programs, and operations.
  • Prepare and present ideas and information clearly and concisely.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • At least 3 years of experience performing and coordinating moderately complex administrative/operations projects.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may satisfy this requirement.
