Pay Range: $21/hr - $25/hr
What's the Job?- Manage and prioritize multiple executive calendars, including scheduling, conflict resolution, and proactive planning
- Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, logistics, and follow-up actions
- Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, vendors, and clients
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support travel arrangements, including booking, itineraries, and expense reporting
- 3–5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience (executive-level support preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership, external stakeholders, and vendors
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proven ability to manage time independently and anticipate executive needs
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Success managing multiple executive calendars simultaneously in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Ability to organize, coordinate, and manage executive-level meetings, presentations, and events
- Executives are fully supported with streamlined schedules and clear priorities
- Meetings and events are well-organized, efficient, and professionally executed
- Communication flows smoothly between leadership and stakeholders
- Administrative processes run efficiently with strong attention to detail
