Medical Data Entry Clerk (3 WEEK CONTRACT)

Pay: $19/hour
Work EnvironmentFully on-site in a healthcare/administrative setting supporting electronic medical records. Fast‑paced, detail-oriented environment focused on accuracy and productivity.
ScheduleMonday – Friday
8‑hour shifts (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Compensation and BenefitsPay Rate: $19/hour
Duration: 3‑week contract assignment (with potential extension up to 4 weeks depending on project needs)

We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented individuals to support a short‑term, 3‑week data entry project involving patient records. This role will focus on manually inputting information into an electronic medical record system (Epic) and requires strong accuracy and attention to detail. Approximately 600 patient files will be processed as part of this assignment.
Key Responsibilities- Enter patient information accurately into the Epic EMR system
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical information
- Support administrative needs related to document processing
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
Must Haves:
- Previous data entry or clerical experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to commit fully to a 3‑week, on‑site contract assignment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Experience in healthcare administration
- Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Medical reception or administrative background
This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD.
