We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. This role is critical to ensuring the effectiveness, productivity, and day-to-day operations of the executive team.

As a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant will act as an extension of leadership, managing priorities, streamlining communication, and ensuring that executives are prepared, informed, and focused on strategic initiatives. This individual will play a key role in optimizing workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, and maintaining alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and manage shifting priorities with professionalism and discretion. This role requires a high level of autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Beyond traditional administrative support, this position operates at a strategic level, supporting project coordination, preparing executive-level materials, and serving as a liaison between leadership and key business partners. Executive Assistants in this capacity often function as a "right hand" to leadership, helping to filter, prioritize, and manage the flow of information so executives can focus on decision-making and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leaders
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel (domestic & international)
  • Coordinate communications and act as a liaison with internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive materials
  • Organize meetings, agendas, and follow-ups
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
