Position: Summer Works Staff (Patient Financial Services)

Overview

The Summer Works Staff will work in various departments in the Institute contributing to business operations in a courteous, professional and responsible manner. Responsibilities may include administrative support, facilities support, research support, educational support and/or patient care aide dependent on the department in which the individual is working.

Responsibilities

Assist Patient Financial Services staff with administrative tasks

Verification and management of daily EVS report

Assist in updating and maintaining provider credentialing files

Review and manage provider credentialing work queue

Verification of new hire providers via medical staff and department directors

Submit and follow up with long term care applications

Submit and follow up with 3808 retrospective reviews

Correspond with Nutrition to ensure accuracy of inpatient meal tray billing

Assist with organizing and maintaining insurance contracts files

Qualifications

Education:

Must be currently enrolled in a high school education program or equivalent at the junior or senior level.

Pay

Minimum pay range USD 15.00/Hr.

Maximum pay range USD 16.00/Hr.
