Project & Administrative Coordinator, $22-25/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations while assisting with project execution across teams. This role blends traditional administrative support with project coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support multiple projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
  • Assist in planning meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution
  • Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports for leadership review
  • Organize and maintain digital files and systems for efficiency and accuracy
  • Assist with process improvements to enhance workflow and productivity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or related role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
