Executive Assistant to the PresidentMount Saint Joseph is a Catholic, college preparatory school for young men sponsored by the Xaverian Brothers. - Proficient in database management systems including Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, (experience with Rediker a plus), Microsoft 365, digital presentations, publishing programs, and social media platforms.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or commensurate work experience.
- Experience working in an educational setting preferred.
- Actively supports the mission and charism of the school; demonstrates an understanding of and enthusiasm for boys’ secondary education, and for Catholic and Xaverian education.
- Maintains the President’s files, calendar, appointments, telephone, and written communications.
- Provides administrative support to the President, including project management, research, and the development of reports, digital presentations, and collateral materials.
- Manages the President’s budget, credit card expense report, travel, and general expense reports.
- Coordinates meetings with the President and members of the senior leadership team.
- Serves as the point of contact and liaison for the President with the Archdiocese of Baltimore; the Xaverian Brothers Sponsored Schools office; and various national, state and local organizations.
- Coordinates collaboration between the office of the President and those of the Principal, CFO, CAO, the Directors of Communications, Enrollment Management, Facilities, IT, and Security.
- Provides administrative support to the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors; assists the President and the Board Committee Chairs in preparing documents for Board meetings.
- Ensures all Board meetings and committee meetings are scheduled with the President’s office.
- Manages communication between the School and the Board, including email, mailings, and portal postings; maintains Board documents including agendas, minutes, the board handbook and by‑laws; takes minutes at all Board meetings and posts materials on the Board portal.
- Coordinates with the senior leadership team to support special events hosted by the President.
- Coordinates the President’s communication and interaction with various school organizations including, but not limited to the Alumni Association, The Mothers’ Club and Fathers Club.
- In collaboration with the CAO, coordinates the President’s interactions with donors and alumni.
- May be called upon to collaborate with or cover for administrative assistants in other school offices as needs arise.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the President.
- The Executive Assistant to the President is a full‑time, 12‑month, exempt position and is expected to work on campus Monday through Friday with occasional availability for school‑related events on some evenings, weekends and/or for extended hours.

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 based upon background and work experience.
