The University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) School of Nursing Dean’s Office is seeking a part-time, 35 hours per week, contractual Program Coordinator
-Maryland Clinical Placements Collaborative.
This position will support day-to-day operations of statewide grant programs and specialty initiatives, serving as a resource for faculty, students, placement professionals, and clinical partners by coordinating academic activities, governance functions, and professional development programming.

- Coordinate daily operations of the Maryland Clinical Placements Collaborative and related workforce initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, track milestones, and monitor deliverables.
- Coordinate logistics for governance meetings, advisory boards, work groups, and taskforces.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, and minutes.
- Maintain shared documentation systems and centralized resources.
- Assist with CRM-based registration, onboarding, and participation tracking.
- Support development of program communications and promotional materials (newsletters, flyers, announcements).
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and recruitment activities.
- Assist with program evaluation activities and recommend efficient use of space, equipment, and personnel resources.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for academic institutions and clinical partners statewide.
- Support onboarding of new nursing programs and clinical partners.
- Maintain participation records, memoranda of understanding, and partnership documentation.
- Facilitate communication between education and practice partners.
- Manage stakeholder communications and email distribution lists.
- Maintain documentation required for governance, evaluation, and grant compliance.
- Prepare quarterly and annual progress reports (e.g., NSP II reporting).
- Compile participation and outcome data to support evaluation and sustainability planning.
- Maintain online resource hub and ensure accessibility of templates, tools, and best practices.
- Upload and organize placement guidance and evidence-based resources.
- Support CRM and dashboard data entry related to placements and partnerships.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence and reports, and maintain program files.
- Provide general program information in response to inquiries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree
ExperienceMinimum of one (1) year administrative or program coordination experience. Prefer not required (3) years of prior related administrative or program coordination experience, preferably in academic, healthcare, or workforce development settings.
