PrimaryPurpose
Supports Gas organization business objectives through effective coordination, communication, record management, and administrative services while handling confidential information with professionalism. Provides administrative assistance to the Department Leader and supports the Department Leader's direct report staff within the Gas organization.
Primary DutiesPerforms varied, specialized, and moderately complex administrative duties in accordance with established department and company procedures. Exercises independent judgment in the selection, interpretation, and application of data and related work processes. Completes work that is subject to occasional review and verification. Follows established procedures while managing a variety of administrative assignments. Maintains electronic, microfiche, and paper records in an organized and accurate manner.
Assembles information and prepares materials from multiple sources. Handles invoices, payments, and related administrative processes. Performs mathematical calculations and prepares reports as required. Drafts routine correspondence and other department-related communications. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion. Supports a variety of administrative functions or specialized departmental activities. Operates mainframe computer systems, software applications, and other office equipment. Works overtime as needed to support departmental and business requirements.
