Position Summary:
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating a variety of departmental projects, activities, reports, schedules, and data collection and management. Provides admin and project support to a large departmental staff. Project management of multiple, large, and complex projects across the organization. Responsible for maintaining all of the procedural and administrative aspects of the project, and serves as the designated point-of-contact for issues.
Projects to include, but not limited to: overseeing the assessment and evaluation processes, and detailed analysis that leads to recommendations.
Full Time, Day shift (40 hours), 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Education:Bachelor’s Degree required. Eight years of proven experience in specific jobs requiring high-caliber thinking and accountability may substitute for a degree.
Work Experience:- It requires 2 years of related administrative-level experience to prepare complex reports, analyze data, and solve problems with high accountability and critical thinking (8 years without a bachelor’s degree).
- Able to understand departmental and Hospital policies and procedures, budget verification and analysis, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information in various situations.
Minimum $20.52/hour - Maximum $33.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
