Position OverviewNRI Staffing is seeking dependable and professional candidates for a variety of temporary administrative, customer service, front desk, and event support assignments.
Assignments may range from short-term coverage and special projects to longer-term temporary opportunities. Schedules, locations, responsibilities, and compensation will vary depending on the assignment.
We are recruiting candidates for positions including:
- Administrative Assistant
- Program Assistant
- Front Desk Coordinator
- Customer Service Representative
- Data Entry Clerk
- Event Support Staff
- Office Support Specialist
Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:
- Providing general administrative and clerical support
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Greeting visitors and maintaining a professional reception area
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Preparing documents, reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
- Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in databases
- Responding to customer or client questions
- Sorting mail, organizing files, and maintaining office records
- Assisting with event registration, setup, guest services, and breakdown
- Supporting staff with special projects and daily office operations
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, hospitality, or event support experience is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly to new environments
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or with a team
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Candidates should be prepared to provide:
- Preferred position types and locations
- Two professional supervisory references
- Authorization to work in the United States
