Administrative Assistance
This may involve tasks like answering phones, filing paperwork, managing schedules, greeting visitors, and handling mail.
Customer Serviceprovide helpful and friendly support to fellow students, faculty, staff, or visitors.
Office OperationsMaintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office or work area is often expected.
Project Supportassisting with various projects or events within their assigned department.
Data Entry and Records ManagementEntering and managing data, including filing and scanning documents, may be part of the role.
ConfidentialityMaintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is usually required.

Reliability and arriving on time for shifts are expected in all FWS positions. - Teamwork:
