Parts Advisor - Heritage Imports Owings Mills

Heritage Imports, Owings Mills, part of Mile One Autogroup, is hiring a Parts Advisor/Parts Counterperson for our high-volume automotive dealership's Parts department.

• Assist customers and internal teams with parts-related questions in person, via email, and/or over the phone.
• Communicate estimated parts ship and arrival times and provide support for technical parts questions.
• Accurately record parts transactions and data into the Dealer Management System.
• Prioritize and efficiently manage high-volume work and meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily metric goals.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer Management System, and/or POS systems.
