Service Advisor

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Clarksville, MD. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our automotive service team, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. You will assist customers with service inquiries, provide accurate estimates, and coordinate repair schedules to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Greet customers and ascertain their automotive service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates and explain services and repairs clearly.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service details.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with automotive products, services, and warranty information.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
