Pay: $120,000 – $149,000+ per year (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS

• An A-level Mercedes-Benz Technician (or highly productive B-level) with 6+ years’ professional experience

• Strong diagnostic skills and confidence working on Mercedes-Benz
  , including factory Xentry knowledge

• Experience to take on any Mercedes-Benz job that rolls in the door, from brakes to timing chains

• Ability to use voltmeters, amp clamps, wiring diagrams, and adapt to new scan tools quickly

• Meticulous attention to detail—every harness, every bolt where it belongs

• A positive, team‑oriented attitude with passion for both the craft and your free time

Other BMW/European brand experience is a big plus.

• Diagnose and repair Mercedes-Benz vehicles with precision

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and document work accurately

• Use scan tools (
  Xentry, ISTA
  , iSCAN, Autel, Auto Logic, etc.) and scopes (PICO a plus)

• Collaborate with teammates and uphold high repair standards

• Commit to mastering your craft with ongoing training
