- Serve as the face of the shop, bridging essential everyday repair with high-stakes performance projects.
- Act as a consultative advisor to customers to ensure vehicles leaving the bays meet the shop’s safety, reliability, and power standards.
- Experience in automotive service advising or related customer-facing roles.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
