Responsibility & Qualifications

This is a hybrid role. Candidate must be local to DMV offices to attend in-person meetings on a regular basis.

As a Proposal Manager, you’ll be the architect behind high-impact, customer-focused proposals that showcase our solutions and set us apart in the marketplace. You’ll lead the full proposal lifecycle from planning and development to delivery ensuring every response is compliant, compelling, and strategically aligned with our mission.

Essential Functions
  • Lead the Charge:
    Manage all aspects of complex proposal requestsishini, researching, writing, editing, and ensuring compliance with bid requirements. You’ll be the driving force behind proposals that win.
  • Collaborate Across the Enterprise:
    Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams across all levels and locations to gather insights and craft tailored responses.
  • Orchestrate the Process:
    Develop and manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and communications to keep everything on track and aligned.
  • Coach & Elevate:
    Mentor proposal team members, sharing best practices and fostering growth.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:
    Maintain deep knowledge of our business, services, and industry trends to ensure proposals reflect our evolving strengths.
  • Enable Sales Success:
    Support the creation and maintenance of proposal templates, content libraries, and tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, and proposal management software.
Qualifications

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 5 years in developing and producing effective sales oriented proposals and technical response documents.

Preferred Qualifications Hund:
Deep understanding of Care First products, contracts, and operations. Knowledge,

PMP or AMPM preferred.

Salary Range

$66,168 – $131,417
