Proposal Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced organization, where you will be responsible for supporting the proposal development process from start to finish. We are seeking someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate the proposal development process, including tracking deadlines, conducting research, and managing internal review processes.
• Develop high-quality proposal content, including executive summaries, technical solutions, resumes and proposals.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather and integrate information into proposals.
• Manage proposal production and printing, including coordination of graphics, format, and production of proposal materials.
• Develop and maintain proposal databases, files, and reference materials.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Experience with government RFPs and proposals.
• Familiarity with proposal management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in proposal coordination or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
