Turn2 is seeking a Business Development and Account Management search executive to add to its growing Technology Search Practice. The team specializes in searches for DMV clients focused on AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering & Product / Project Management. This role will drive growth, introduce new client relationships, and expand existing accounts.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and engage new business opportunities in the technology sector
• Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
• Develop tailored staffing and executive search solutions for clients
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to deliver top-tier tech talent

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the staffing and executive search industry OR 5+ years of experience in professional services focused on the commercial/private sector
• 3+ years of active business development, networking & account management in the technology private sector
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and Product/Project Management hiring needs
• A results-driven mindset with a proven track record in sales and client relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
