Commercial Operation Expert

Overview

Commercial Operation Expert provides account management and operational support to the Business Development team for external sales and marketing activities. The role collaborates with Production, Logistics and Finance teams and takes responsibility for daily customer service operations to strengthen relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. The focus is proactive account management and systematic LTC management to facilitate smooth deal closing and project fulfillment.

• Provide daily operation support to the Business Development team, including preparing quotations, placing orders, overseeing material transfers, and coordinating payment collection.
• Manage contracts, including coordination of contract review, initiation of approval and signing processes, and document archiving.
• Engage in customer management and coordinate customer onsite visits and audits. Maintain effective communication with customers and provide operational support as needed.
• Collaborate with Solution BD and Commercial BD; prepare commercial data reports and perform consequent analyses; centralize information/knowledge management on Confluence.
• Collaborate with BD/Sales, Production, PM, Logistics and Finance to optimize the Lead-to-Cash workflow and support sustainable growth.
• Work with Marketing and IT to ensure platforms run smoothly and propose changes to optimize system performance.

• BA or MS degree in life sciences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; quick to grasp new concepts.
• Detail-oriented team player able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Background in therapeutic antibody or Gene & cell therapy is a plus.
