Tik Tok GO is a creator-driven commerce and distribution program connecting travel content with real-world bookings. Through short-form video, creators promote hotels, attractions, and travel experiences that users can directly purchase. The program bridges content, conversion, and destination marketing, enabling travel partners to reach new audiences through creator-led storytelling.
Our Tik Tok GO creator program operates nationwide, working with creators, regional partners, travel destinations, and tourism organizations to scale commercial impact and long-term partnerships.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Tik Tok GO Recruiter to support creator recruitment and growth for the Tik Tok GO ecosystem. This role is highly performance-driven and focuses on large-scale creator outreach, qualification, and GMV contribution.
You will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and activating creators, with direct performance incentives tied to recruitment volume and GMV results.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively source and reach out to Tik Tok creators across multiple platforms, with a target of approximately 2,000 unique creator outreaches per month
- Successfully recruit and bind qualified creators, earning performance-based incentives per bound creator (uncapped)
- Maintain accurate outreach and onboarding records in the official tracking system; duplicate outreach does not count toward performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support creator activation and ongoing performance
- Contribute to overall GMV growth, with performance bonuses tied to GMV tiers and uncapped upside based on creator output
- Self-motivated and accountable, able to manage targets independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team
- Strong outreach, communication, and follow-up skills; comfortable engaging with a high volume of creators
- Familiarity with Tik Tok, creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, or short-form video platforms is a strong plus
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to track large volumes of outreach and onboarding progress accurately
- Results-driven mindset with comfort working in a performance-based compensation structure
- Prior experience in creator recruitment, influencer management, sales, or business development is a plus
