What You Will Do Program Management Support
  • Assist Government Program Managers (GPMs) and initiative leads with resource planning, tracking, and allocation.
  • Provide financial and summary reports on program elements, recommending funding adjustments for contract staffing, facilities, and budgets.
  • Support the production and tailoring of financial execution reports and program acquisition documentation.
  • Create and deliver comprehensive bi-weekly program management reports, including:
    • Execution Reports:
      Track funding execution across programs, including budget center, appropriation, and funding sources.
    • Cost Estimation Reports:
      Consolidated burn rate analyses and fiscal year funding projections.
    • Budget Overview Reports:
      Total budget availability versus projected costs, identifying potential overruns or underruns.
    • Areas of Concern Reports:
      Highlighting issues such as late receipt of external funds or slow execution against appropriations.
    • Contract Reports:
      Tracking contract funding run‑outs, periods of performance, award dates, burn rates, and contractor deliverables.
    • Staffing Reports:
      Current and projected staffing metrics, attrition rates, and positions remaining to be filled.
    • Contract Action Readiness Reports:
      Status of required contract documents against baseline schedules (TTOs, SOWs, CDRLs, Technical CICA memos, Acquisition Strategies).
Program Documentation & Risk Management
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to support program and initiative status reviews.
  • Assist program managers in tracking and developing key program documentation, including:
    • Task Order Technical Overviews (TTOs).
    • Statements of Work (SOWs).
    • Program Management Plans (PMPs).
    • Risk Management Plans and Acquisition Strategies.
  • Monitor program schedules, evaluate operational and technical alternatives, and support risk assessments.
Execution Support
  • Provide acquisition support by analyzing financial execution and projection reports from vendors.
  • Liaise with Government Contract Managers (GCMs) to address contract performance anomalies and concerns.
  • Analyze financial execution reports from Government Business Financial Managers (GBFMs) and develop program-specific recommendations for GPMs.
  • Support GPMs in ensuring execution within cost, schedule, and performance baselines using program management tools (e.g., Plan‑It, MS Excel).
  • Attend contract reviews to assist GPMs with cost estimation and program outcome monitoring.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze, track, and report program unfunded requirements in accordance with PEO policies and processes.
  • Develop actionable financial insights to support program decision-making.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare point papers, briefing charts, spreadsheets, and other materials to support government program decision-making.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using MS Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts, to present data clearly and effectively.
What You Need To Have
  • Clearance:
    Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly (required).
