Program Manager & Project Analyst – Government Solutions (Onsite, Columbia & Laurel, MD)
Both positions are Key Personnel and are critical to ensuring contractual compliance, operational excellence, and successful program outcomes.
LocationThis position is open to applicants located in Columbia or Laurel, MD. The role is an onsite position.

- Program or mission coordination (e.g., Operations NCO, Platoon Leader, Staff Officer)
- Logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations

- Administrative, planning, or operational support functions

What You'll Do- Program Leadership & Execution
- Lead end‑to‑end program execution across multiple work streams, ensuring alignment with contract requirements.
- Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between and government stakeholders.
- Communicate program status, risks, and performance metrics to internal and external partners.
- Operational Oversight
- Oversee project analysts and junior analysts to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure proper documentation, audit readiness, and data integrity across the program.
- Reporting & Performance Management
- Drive program reporting, including KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of required deliverables.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, briefings, and executive updates.
- A strategic operator who thrives in structured, compliance‑driven environments.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and documentation standards.
- A strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining accountability to strict deadlines.
- 7+ years of experience in program management, project management, or government contracting environments.
- Proven experience managing federally funded programs or government contracts.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering against strict SLAs.
- Strong background in reporting, data analysis, and executive‑level communication.
- Demonstrated success in managing compliance, audits, or regulated environments.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, program support, or project coordination.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, or presentations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups), PowerPoint, and data tools.
- Experience maintaining documentation and tracking systems.
- Exposure to government, logistics, or operations environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
- Experience with FAR/DFARS or other federal compliance frameworks.
- Experience supporting RFPs, contract transitions, or key personnel submissions.
- Experience supporting government contracts or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Experience working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
- Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching).
- Able to lift and carry up to 25–30 lbs on occasion.
- Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
- Able to work overtime, including extended schedules during peak seasons.
