Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Supports the Respiratory and TB Solutions product portfolio strategy and requirements definition, helping establish clear direction on intended use claims, workflows, customer value propositions, and performance metrics to support timely business and development decisions.
- Supports product development, launch, and lifecycle management for the Respiratory and TB Solutions assay portfolio, partnering with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to help prioritize investments, support evidence generation, and drive execution.
- Translates customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and clinical guidelines in respiratory disease and tuberculosis into clear portfolio priorities, business cases, and roadmap recommendations.
- Supports global product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for Respiratory and TB Solutions offerings, ensuring differentiation and alignment across regions and customer segments.
- Partners closely with regional and commercial teams to support launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and market adoption, while balancing global consistency with local market needs.
- Champions customer and market insights, integrating feedback from clinicians, laboratories, key opinion leaders, and sales teams to inform portfolio strategy and product enhancements.
- Monitors portfolio performance, utilization, and market feedback to identify risks, opportunities, and actions to improve growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Contributes to financial and pricing analysis for the Respiratory and TB Solutions portfolio, supporting revenue growth, margin improvement, pricing strategy, and investment prioritization.
- Supports forecasting and supply planning in partnership with Operations and regional teams to enhance continuity, responsiveness, and business performance.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required. Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience within IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Experience in the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of diagnostic or medical device products; experience in molecular diagnostics, respiratory disease, or tuberculosis is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and influence decisions within a matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced global business environment.

- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting portfolio financials, market data, and customer insights to shape business decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- Strong business judgment, execution focus, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address business challenges.
Travel
- Willing to travel up to 20%, domestic and international
