Brown Advisory is seeking a Senior RFP Analyst to join our U.S. Institutional team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex projects from start to finish. The Senior RFP Analyst will play a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality request for proposal (RFP) and due diligence questionnaire (DDQ) responses, collaborating across teams, contributing to process enhancements and helping maintain content quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end execution of complex RFPs and DDQs, including drafting responses, coordinating with subject matter experts, maintaining version control, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively manage follow-ups, and communicate priorities clearly to stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality, client-aligned content with increasing independence and strategic nuance.
- Maintain and enhance content libraries to ensure accuracy and alignment with product and strategy updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and partner with colleagues on workflow, technology, or automation enhancements.
- Support cross-team initiatives such as content reviews, audits, and template updates.
- Provide informal mentoring to junior colleagues, reinforcing quality standards and expectations.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through dependable, organized, and responsive support.
- 3–5 years of experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, client reporting, proposal management, or related work within investment management, financial services, or a comparable industry.
- Familiarity with proposal management or RFP platforms such as Loopio, eVestment, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, workflow automation, or process optimization initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to work from the Baltimore office location.

Salary: $75k – $100k Commensurate with experience and location. This salary range does not include bonus or long-term incentive eligibility, which are applicable for this role.
