The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics (RIAO) is a leading orthopedic center that offers a comprehensive range of orthopedic care for both adults and children, including specialized services such as limb lengthening, joint preservation and replacement, and hand and upper extremity surgery.

• Prepare the most time‑ and resource‑efficient daily Operating Room schedules based on physician requests, physician history files, hospital admissions, emergent/add‑on cases, cancellations, etc.
• Maintain the daily operation of the posting department using department‑specific surgical scheduling software and procedures.

• Formal working knowledge equivalent to an associate’s degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field.
• One (1) – Three (3) years of experience.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Cerner and IDX.
