Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets and Investment Banking/Wealth Management. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of business analysis and project management expertise, with hands-on experience managing change initiatives, gathering business requirements, and delivering projects in an Agile environment.
Must Have Skills

Strong experience as both Business Analyst and Project Manager
Experience in Capital Markets, preferably within Investment Banking or Wealth Management
Good understanding of Front-to-Back (F2B) trade lifecycle including:
- Trading
- Corporate Actions
- Settlements
- Reconciliation
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in Project Management and Test Management
Expertise in gathering and analyzing:
- Business Requirements
- Functional Requirements
- Non-Functional Requirements
Experience creating and maintaining:
- BRDs
- User Stories
- Business Process Flows
- Gap Analysis
- Risk Assessment documents
Strong stakeholder management with Product Owners, Business Users, Technology, Operations, and Cross-functional teams
Experience in Project Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Estimation
Hands-on experience with:
- Jira
- Microsoft Excel
- Power Point
Experience with at least one BI tool:
- Tableau
- Power BI
- Alteryx
- Qlik View
