Business Strategy & Initiatives Manager – Inbound Calling Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and/or processes
• Defining, developing, executing, monitoring, and/or refining strategic initiatives and processes
• Leading operations of a highly complex environment
• Connecting with line of business partners to grow the business responsibly while driving operational excellence
• Building and executing business initiatives and/or processes while partnering with line of business stakeholders
• Developing a cross-channel experience that delivers exceptional client care
• Managing key performance indicators and leadership development

• 5+ years experience managing large teams
• Financial Center and/or ACS leadership experience
• Active listening, Coaching, Client Service Driven Management
• Proactively builds trusted relationships with key partners/executives
• Communicates strategic business plans and tactical goals to team members
• Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborates effectively to build and nurture strong relationships in a matrix environment
• Has the ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms, handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
• Demonstrates effective time management skills and the ability to organize, prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with risk mitigation, operational excellence and process management.
