You’ll combine quantitative and qualitative research to uncover opportunities, evaluate market demand, assess competitive landscapes, and provide executive-level recommendations.

• Identify and evaluate consumer market characteristics, including target audience demographics, purchasing behaviors, geographic considerations, pricing sensitivities, and market perceptions
• Analyze market demographics and trends to assess demand across varying price points, service levels, and product offerings
• Conduct competitive intelligence research to evaluate existing and emerging competitors, substitute offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning
• Develop comprehensive market analyses and written recommendations to support strategic business decisions
• Monitor market activity, track new entrants, and provide ongoing competitive landscape insights
  
  Analyze local and regional economic indicators, including real estate trends, employment growth, unemployment rates, and broader market conditions
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in market analysis, market research, business intelligence, or a related analytical field
• Strong background in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
• Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable business insights
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
