Associate Pharmacy Manager Front End

Overview

Directs workflow for medical records departments and front‑end technicians. Establishes support for service priorities by ensuring workflow efficiencies to meet prescription order deliverables.

• Coordinate processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve Front‑End OCR area goals.
• Advise team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of organizational goals for Front‑End OCR.
• Develop strategy to ensure accurate entry of prescriptions with patient payer information.
• Evaluate operating results against objectives and recommend performance‑improvement opportunities.
• Control payroll costs by analyzing allocation of resources and staffing needs.
• Generate and maintain communication throughout the organization.
• Conduct performance appraisals to provide employees with timely and constructive feedback.
• Manage operational aspects of the team (budget, performance, compliance) and implement workforce and succession plans.

The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 – $, based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
