Sr Compliance Specialist

Constellation Energy seeks a Sr Compliance Specialist, NERC to lead and manage compliance programs for NERC and regional reliability standards. In this role, you will interpret evolving regulatory requirements, perform risk assessments, and develop policies, procedures, and controls that ensure reliable and compliant operation of generation and transmission assets. You will coordinate audits, self-certifications, and evidence collection, investigate potential non-compliance, and drive corrective action plans.

Partnering closely with operations, legal, and engineering teams, you will provide training, prepare clear documentation and reports, and support continuous improvement in our compliance culture.
