yWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst or Solution Architect to support digital transformation initiatives involving Machine ETA Integrations and Inside Sales Excel Order Automation. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, drive requirements gathering activities, and produce high-quality business and technical documentation

• sFacilitate requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
• .Analyze business processes and document business and functional requirements
• .Create user stories, process flows, use cases, and solution documentation
• .Translate business needs into technical specifications
• .Work closely with business users, developers, architects, and project teams
• .Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and process gaps
• .Support system integration initiatives involving APIs and enterprise applications
• .Drive discussions independently and help teams reach decisions

• sStrong Business Analysis experience in enterprise environments
• .Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• .Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams
• .Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications
• .Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• .Experience facilitating workshops and requirement sessions
• .Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
• .Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
