Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand business objectives, operational processes, and areas of potential risk

  • Participate in interviews and discussions with client stakeholders and external business partners
  • Gather, organize, and evaluate supporting documentation
  • Perform detailed analysis and testing to assess compliance with established agreements, policies, and procedures
  • Document findings and develop clear, well-supported conclusions
  • Prepare reports and presentations that help clients make informed business decisions
  • Support recommendations related to process improvements, risk mitigation, and operational effectiveness
  • Assist with client communications and project status updates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
