The Partner Strategy Lead serves as a strategic resource within the Partner Success Department, responsible for advancing Dwyer Workforce Development's workforce development initiatives through healthcare industry expertise, program innovation, operational excellence, and partner success. This role brings knowledge of healthcare workforce environments, employer operations, and career pathways to support the implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, improve operational processes, and enhance scholar outcomes.
The Partner Strategy Lead is a highly versatile, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve to meet organizational needs. This position collaborates across departments to support strategic initiatives, lead assigned projects, share healthcare industry expertise, develop operational recommendations, and support organizational priorities while maintaining exceptional partner experiences. The Partner Strategy Lead is expected to adapt to evolving organizational priorities by applying healthcare expertise, strategic thinking, and operational leadership to a wide range of initiatives that support DWD's mission and the continued success of its partners and scholars.
Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, collaboration, healthcare industry experience, and the ability to balance long-term initiatives with day-to-day partner support.
- Healthcare Industry Expertise and Strategic Support
- Serve as the department's subject matter expert for assigned healthcare industries and partnership types.
- Build and maintain knowledge of healthcare trends, workforce needs, regulations, accreditation requirements, and employer expectations.
- Ensure assigned partners, programs, and initiatives remain aligned with DWD's mission, strategic priorities, and Scholar outcomes.
- Provide healthcare industry experience, recommendations, and guidance that support partner success, program development, and organizational initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging workforce needs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strategic Project Leadership

Position Responsibilities functional teams to plan, coordinate, and support assigned strategic projects and organizational initiatives. - Support the implementation of strategic initiatives that strengthen partnerships, improve operational effectiveness, and enhance scholar outcomes.
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives assigned by the Director of Partner Success.
- Program Development & Operational Excellence
- Provide subject matter expertise and content to support the development, review, and continuous improvement of partner playbooks, implementation guides, forms, standardized resources, training materials, and operational tools.
- Collaborate with the Partner Experience Coordinator and other department team members to ensure materials remain accurate, relevant, and align with organizational and industry best practices.
- Develop recommendations for operational processes, implementation resources, and best practices that improve consistency and organizational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and partnership outcomes while recommending and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate across departments to support operational readiness, data integrity, reporting, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner Success Support
- Support partners across DWD's healthcare partnerships by providing healthcare expertise, operational guidance, problem resolution, and strategic support.
- Collaborate with Partner Success team members to ensure partners receive consistent, responsive, and high quality support.
- Support the successful implementation of partner initiatives by coordinating internal resources and facilitating communication across departments.
- Organizational Collaboration
- Build collaborative relationships across departments to support organizational priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Share healthcare industry knowledge, best practices, and recommendations with internal stakeholders.
