- - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met and that any potential delays are communicated promptly.

- - A minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technology or defense-related environment.
- - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- - Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- - Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- - Security clearance or eligibility for clearance may be required for this position.
- - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- - Experience working in a government contracting environment is a plus.
- - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- - Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
- - Experience with budget management and financial reporting in a project context.
