Deployment Program Manager

The Role

You will own the implementation of Pam across a portfolio of dealership locations. You will coordinate internal teams, guide customer stakeholders, support onsite launches, identify risks early, and turn customer feedback into product improvements.

This role combines customer implementation, program management, product discovery, and operational problem-solving.

This role requires travel: 10–50%

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through launch, stabilization, and adoption.
• Build launch plans covering readiness, configuration, testing, training, ownership, and open dependencies.
• Manage relationships with executives, dealership partners, managers, and frontline users.
• Conduct onsite launch support, product training, management walkthroughs, and adoption check-ins.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success around customer priorities.
• Review user feedback, call recordings, transcripts, and performance data to identify recurring issues.
• Translate ambiguous customer feedback into clear requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and next steps.
• Distinguish between one-off complaints, configuration issues, integration limitations, support issues, and true product gaps.
• Maintain a reliable source of truth for launch status, risks, issues, fixes, feature requests, and client commitments.
• Assist in building repeatable playbooks, checklists, templates, and operating rhythms as the deployment team scales.

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, technical program management, consulting, customer success, operations, or a related role.
• Exceptional product intuition and the ability to quickly understand how complex products work from the user’s perspective.
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to turn unclear feedback into structured requirements and executable action plans.
• Proven ownership of customer launches, implementations, or complex cross-functional programs.
• Excellent communication skills with executives, managers, and frontline users, including the ability to make technical topics clear and client-friendly.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the judgment to manage competing customers, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
• Willingness to travel 10–50% and commitment to Pam’s collaborative, in-person office culture.

• Experience deploying B2B SaaS, AI, or workflow automation products.
• Experience working with automotive dealerships, service operations, BDC teams, or CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as Linear, Notion, Slack, CRM systems, and analytics dashboards.
• Experience building implementation playbooks, launch processes, or customer operating models.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to scope and prioritize improvements.

You’ll help shape how dealerships adopt an entirely new category of AI workforce technology. Your work will directly influence the product, the customer experience, and the operating model we use to scale Pam across hundreds of locations.
