Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Contract: 12 months
Pay Rate: $35/hr W2
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support business and operational projects by gathering requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting processes, and helping drive projects from initiation through delivery.
Key Responsibilitie- sGather and document requirements from Business and Operations team
- sCreate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for proposed change
- sIdentify and map key Business Unit, Operations, and Technology stakeholder
- sInitiate project kickoff meetings and establish target date
- sProvide regular project updates to business stakeholder
- sIdentify and escape project issues, risks, and decisions requiring stakeholder inpu
- tPerform business analysis and develop process flow
- sCreate functional and non-functional requirement
- sDevelop process models and measurable success factor
- sMaintain project documentation and RAID log
- sCoordinate across Business, Operations, and Technology teams to keep projects on trac
