District Consultant

• Lead the strategic implementation of Renaissance products purchased by local public schools
• Deliver professional development training on best practices for product usage
• Coordinate professional development and technical services for the assigned district
• Create and maintain a detailed project schedule with the Customer Success Management Team
• Make best-practice recommendations
• Work with Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues
• Establish communication with schools, district leaders, and Renaissance
• Hold weekly status meetings with district leaders
• Build awareness for the implementation
• Deploy additional company resources as necessary
• Work with campuses remotely and onsite, when applicable, to monitor implementation and recommend next steps
• Identify opportunities to improve or expand district implementation
• Analyze district- and school-level data after each assessment period
• Monitor implementation with stakeholders and recommend next steps
• Participate in internal meetings and professional learning opportunities

• Expert in-depth knowledge of Renaissance products; edu Climber is a must and DnA preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to communicate with key district leaders
• Positive, professional attitude
• Flexible travel schedule
• Understanding of how school districts operate
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Live in or around Baltimore, Maryland
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States
