Lead Superintendent (Commercial Construction)

We are looking for a Lead Superintendent for commercial construction projects to provide leadership to all trades and in all phases of the project.
The ideal applicant will have experience managing all trades, experience with large complex projects, be highly organized, be able to ensure high quality and high safety standards, and will be proactive.
Responsibilities include:
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent supervising larger more complex projects
- Construction coursework and/or a related degree is helpful but we value your field expertise
- OSHA 30 certification
- Comfortable reviewing details with contractors
- Demonstrated comprehension of safety plans
- Understanding of construction operations and processes
- Excellent knowledge of construction materials and equipment
- Software savvy – MS Office; familiar with construction and project management software programs such as Procore and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation and management skills
- Must be able to travel to the job sites
- Must have field experience
