A demolition and construction firm is seeking a hands-on working superintendent to oversee large-scale selective structural and full building razing projects in Baltimore, Washington DC, and Northern VA. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of demolition, building, or foundational experience, along with strong communication skills and an exceptional work ethic. A drug test and physical examination will be required before extending an employment offer.
Reliable transportation is also a must.
