Interior Superintendent - Commercial / Government / Multifamily (DC / MD / VA)

A respected, growing General Contractor is looking for an Interior Superintendent to lead commercial, government, and multifamily interior projects. If you're a hands-on, motivated leader ready to take the next step, this could be your perfect fit!

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day field operations for interior projects
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, and materials to keep projects on track
• Mentor and guide project teams and field staff
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance at every stage
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of interior construction experience (commercial, government, or multifamily)
• Proven ability to manage schedules and lead teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and ready to take initiative
