About the Role

LHH is partnering with our client seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. In this role, you’ll be the central orchestrator managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring every part of the build is safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

Your work will directly influence the success of each project, helping teams stay coordinated, resolve issues quickly, and deliver high‑quality results that meet both client expectations and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for developing project timelines, creating cost estimates, and proactively tracking budgets. You will manage subcontractors and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure all project activities align with building codes, safety requirements, and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning & Scheduling: Creating project timelines, cost estimates, and budget, tracking,
  • Coordination: Selecting subcontractors, managing on-site activities, and liaising with architects, engineers, and clients.
  • Risk Management: Addressing delays, supply shortages, and safety issues.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to building codes and legal regulations.
Required Skills and Education
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in construction science, construction management, or civil engineering is typically required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry, often 5+ years, is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are critical.

  • Five or more years of professional experience in Commercial Construction
  • Proven success managing large commercial projects from start to finish
  • A results driven professional who can balance field operations, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
